Need help prevent bent rods while packing

I have a new Symphonia 3 then I noticed a slight bend in one of the center rods of it. It was packed well but I think folding the two halves together during concertina packing may have stressed that rod since it wasnt aligned with the others. Has anyone found a better way to pack to avoid this? Maybe folding the whole wing as one piece? The bend isn't severe, it just not as smooth as the others. I’ll test it during some ground handling soon but worried if its something to worry about.

A bent rod? Honestly, it's not a big deal, they usually straighten themselves out given a little time. The way I handle mine is by starting at one wingtip and gently stacking the rods, one after another, all the way to the other end. It's a bit slow and takes some getting used to, but it keeps everything perfectly straight and prevents any further damage. If you want those rods looking clean and straight down the line, a little extra care now really pays off

Yeahh if the bend isn't too bad, it might smooth out once you get some air under it and do some gentle ground handling. Just keep an eye on it, and if it starts affecting performance or gets worse, then you can reach out to the manufacturer or a pro for a fix

When you're packing, it's better to fold each wing panel individually instead of just folding them in half. This method keeps the rods aligned more effectively. While small bends typically don't affect flight safety, it's still a good idea to double-check with the manufacturer. Also, make sure to test the inflation and deflation cycles to ensure everything is working properly before you take off.
